Intelligent Real-time Subway Tunnel Deformation Monitoring System

With the rapid development of the economy, our demand for transport is increasing continuously. Subway traffic has been used more and more widely. Thus, the monitoring of the metro underground tunnel deformation has also become an important security issue.Before, the safe monitoring system applied in the subway tunnel has perfect hardware, but the operating software is not intelligent, only providing the operators with a histogram display. This requires the operators must be familiar with the location of the spatial distribution of monitoring points. It increases the operator's burden and the complexity of system operation, also greatly reduces the safe coefficient of the construction.This article developes a new method of monitoring displacement based on studying the current monitoring methods; it can take real-time monitoring to the inner wall of the subway tunnel displacement and play the role of security warning for metro trains, making sure the safety of transportation.In this paper, we take Shanghai subway 8th line as the experimental object, introducing the intelligent real-time monitoring system of subway tunnel deformation. This system presents a digital image processing methods to real-time monitoring of the pipeline displacement, in reference to the displacement measurement method based on laser or force. Through a large number of repeated experiments to verify the function of the system. By analyzing the collected data, it proves that the system has a higher precision and better real-timeThis paper describes the system's software graphic design, also give a simple description to the system construction. At the same time it introduces the actual test case in the subway tunnel.Through the analysis of large amounts of obtained data, the system's precision and accuracy is verified.
