With the infrastructure being promoted continuously in the domestic telecommunication field,the base station has been realizing the automation management and maintenance.Thus,it is needed to monitor the environmental parameters of the base station and the status of power equipment in the base station effectively.Meanwhile,base station monitoring is not restricted to sensors and other simple equipment anymore.It becomes more and more imminent for monitoring requirements such as switching power supply,air-conditioning,access control,high-speed real-time video surveillance and other complex system.Facing these problems needed to be solved urgently,this thesis designs a set of base station power and environmental monitoring network system(hereinafter referred to as “Monitoring System”).Monitoring System mainly consists of monitoring modules,field supervision units,supervision center and transport network.Monitoring System uses the embedded technology to develop the field supervision unit of the Monitoring System.Explained specially,as a subsystem of the system,the field supervision unit is the most important thing for the development and implementation of the Monitoring System.Combined with key technology and function requirement analysis of the Monitoring System,this thesis describes the system architecture of field supervision unit in detail.The system architecture uses an AM3352 embedded processor as the hardware platform.Linux as the operating system.Then,this thesis presents a core module management software architecture,and then elaborates the implementation of database design,‘A interface processing' module and ‘B interface processing' module.With the study of switching power supply system communication protocol,‘A interface processing' module implements the monitoring function between the field supervision unit and the switching power supply module by the serial communication programming technology.In order to communicate with the supervision center of China Tower,implementation of ‘B interface processing' module adopts Web Service and completes data transmission between the field supervision unit and the supervision center.‘B interface processing' module realizes the functions of B interface packet protocol of China Tower,including the request monitoring point data or historical data,uploading alarm information.At last,the system has implemented and tested of the hardware and software core functions of the field supervision unit system.The test results show that the field supervision unit system can collect the data of switching power supply monitoring module with the requirements of a stable and reliable operation which has reached the expected effect fundamentally.
