With 4G wireless network was the widespread used in the country and mature business operations,the public have become increasingly demanding on the quality and stability of wireless communications. Base the station project of the three major carriers combined the unified management to the tower company as the background. Analyzed the design of the station monitoring system, studied the design and implementation about data processing and wireless transmission mode of the station monitoring system. This paper focuses on the ARM microprocessor based on embedded system is used to as a monitoring and control system for monitoring front-end control module,4G wireless network communication as a transmission channel for monitoring and control system.The paper analyze the need to the station monitoring system, based the analysis of the current situation of the station monitoring system in domestic and foreign research and technical features. First of all, the overall design of the program monitoring system was analyzed, Gives a three-level network structure of the monitoring system; and then analyzed function of the system on sub-module. The system is divided into three main modules, Data acquisition module, the front-end control module, Network transmission module. The first is the data acquisition module, analyzed the need to collect data types, and adopted different ways of collecting data for different data types. The second is the front-end control module,set up a development environment for the embedded system--the virtual machine, porting the ARM development board operating system, realized the data prepossessing by automating operational procedures on the ARM development board, choose to send alarm information data in real time, regularly send working data and after sending data to the monitoring center inquiry. The third module is a network transmission, It implements data communication with the monitoring center and monitoring front-end server by way of 4G wireless network communications, opened network interface data transmission and command reception Building a web-server server using Nginx.Through various laboratory and field test environments result, The station monitoring system could reduce the data transmission quantity, Improve the efficiency of data transmission by Data prepossessing through ARM front-end server. Overcome the monitoring system set up in remote areas difficult puzzles through the way of 4G wireless network transmission.
