Design And Implementation Of Local Tax Integrated Office Information System Of X City

With the rapid development of IT technology,the communication network and intelligent decision-making have become the basic characteristics of modern office automation.However,in the taxation system,the connection between the office software used by the local taxation bureaus of some counties and cities and the computer technology and communication technology in today's society has become increasingly prominent,and it can no longer meet the requirements of modern information construction.In response to the existing problems,in accordance with the requirements of standardization,institutionalization,and scientific of the country's tax administration,and the principle of “integration” of the three phases of the Golden Tax,the X tax affiliated with the county and city levels has optimized office services for office systems.The reorganization aims to seamlessly connect with the e-government construction of the superior local taxation system,improve the service efficiency of the organization,achieve effective tracking and monitoring of office processes,and maximize the overall benefits of the administrative management.The realization of X integrated office information system not only meets the office demand of modern tax management,but also plays a policy supporting role in tax collection and management.Through the internal LAN of the local tax system,it effectively establishes corresponding scientific technologies such as Database and Work flow,and truly builds an integrated office information system that meets the requirements of tax authorities,provides tax collection and management,and optimizes taxation services.This paper combines the actual work of X taxation,takes the design of the new system to meet the actual work,and categorizes the functional modules of the integrated office information system.The database,work flow,and other aspects are targeted to analyze its functions.The results of a successful completion of the paper will be tested systematically.The local tax is based on the JAVA technology Web application system,adopts the B/S(browser/server)architecture and Windows Server2003,and the database is designed and implemented using SQL.In the system function,it mainly implements the process design of several major modules such as file management,information service(internal website),supervision supervision,andinformation collection and editing.Judging from the trial operation scenario of this comprehensive office information system,the new office system for X local taxation that meets modern office measures has basically been realized,effectively solved the problem of poor communication of document data between internal departments of local taxation systems in counties and cities,and reduced the number of jobs.The evasion and other issues,taxation work has been further standardized,office efficiency has been improved,to meet the demand of X taxation for the new era of office systems.
