Optical filter plays an important role in laser,optical communication and optical information processing.As the basic original of the optical communication system,the optical resonator can achieve a variety of specific functions.The optical resonators based on integrated optics and micro and nano fibers have received extensive attention recently.The tunable optical filter can filter any wavelength optical signal according to the actual needs,and it also plays an important role in wavelength division multiplexing and demultiplexing.In optical fiber optics,micro and nano fiber based filters are widely studied as the basic components of optical fiber transmission system.Finally,the graphene assisted all fiber tunable optical filter has attracted a lot of research interest in optical switches,filters,sensors and so on.Based on the systematic analysis of the chip coupled microring resonator,the junction resonator based on micro and nano fiber and the effect of graphene on the graphene assisted feedback structure,we designed,manufactured and optimized three new filtering devices.The main research contents include:1.Optical filters based on two cascaded microring resonator not only have better filtering properties than single microring resonators,but also are more simple to implement in terms of technology than high class microring resonators.Here we have designed and manufactured an optical filter based on the two class coupling microring resonator.The filter can be accurately controlled by the heating electrode to realize the modulation in a free spectrum range.2.We propose a new theory that uses a single taper ray to design and create a full optical fiber downloading filter.The coupling area of the whole device is composed of the same fiber,the device overcomes the insertion loss and mode mismatch loss.Therefore,the device has the characteristics of low loss,high extinction ratio and high Q value.3.Using a single taper fiber,we can get a resonator with a single junction resonator and a feedback region.Using the nonlinear characteristics of two-dimensional materials and the interaction between light and matter,we adjust the refractive index of the feedback region to adjust periodically the spectrum of the filter.We also explore and analyze its working principles and models.
