With the rapid development of information technology,the quality and quantity of mobile APP applications have been growing rapidly.These APP applications include payment,shopping,travel,food,news,games,reading,covering all aspects of life,bringing great convenience to people's lives,but also affecting people's lives and working methods.For example,travel modes include subways,buses,trains,airplanes,ships,automobiles,etc.They are more intelligent and convenient under the influence of the mobile Internet.This article focuses on the development of air travel APP flow and application system design around aircraft travel.However,due to aeronautical route control and other special reasons,the aircraft is often delayed,and the flight dynamic information is not timely feedback to the user,causing users to arrive at the airport early or delay the flight and other problems.Unfriendly flight experience is also wasted on the user while wasting resources.therefore,This topic studies the problems and pain points that occur during the entire process before,during,and after the flight,and proposes a reasonable way to dig out the demand program,thereby improving the problems that arise.First of all,the research status of domestic and foreign research is investigated and the theoretical knowledge system applicable to this research is obtained.Then the preliminary investigation and analysis are carried out.The theoretical basis is analyzed separately,and the current status of domestic service APP is summarized.Next,tap the product requirements and high-fidelity,low-fidelity design part,first of all,conduct an in-depth investigation and study of the aircraft user,sum up the typical characteristics of the user,and establish a typical character model for this,through the situation analysis of the typical persona role,The behavior patterns,goals,and needs of users during the flight.The demand for smart navigation,room service,voice service,lighting control,seat adjustment,etc.is refined.Re-apply flow chart,wireframe,low-fidelity,high-fidelity detail design to the airline travel APP.Finally,design the usability evaluation to evaluate the rationality of the design and draw conclusions to pave the way for the next improvement.
