Radio frequency microwave transceiver systems are widely used in wireless mobile communications,satellite communications,electronic countermeasures,aviation and aerospace.Almost every microwave transceiver system involves the change of frequency,so the up and down module is the most indispensable part of the system.The module also affects the performance of the whole transceiver system.It plays an indispensable role in the whole RF microwave transceiver system,and uses a hybrid integrated circuit to design the frequency converter short,Flexible mechanisms,microwave and millimeter wave communications,radar,remote sensing,detection and electronic countermeasures and so on,most of them have integrated circuit converters.The task of this paper is to develop a 2-18 GHz up and down conversion module according to the requirements of users.The up and down converter is mainly used for frequency conversion,filtering and conditioning of wide-band radar signals.It provides a flexible assembly for radar and radar countermeasures in laboratory.It is mainly composed of broadband mixer,broadband equalizer,filter,switch and other RF microwave circuit modules.The whole equipment adopts two stage frequency conversion structure,and the channel and external RF interface adopt SMA interface.This paper first introduces the development of the related fields of the up and down conversion components,and then consults the relevant documents and designs the scheme according to the index.The upconverter component passes through a small signal through a filter and amplifies the signal,then passes through a 2-4GHz broadband upconverter,then filters and amplify,and passes through a ultra wideband upconverter,a broadband amplifier component,and the switch filter module after a amplification equilibrium component to realize the eight channel signal transmission of the 0dBm.Out.The down conversion component is composed of two stage amplifier,switching filter component,ultra wideband mixing component,filter amplifier component,broadband mixing component and filter amplifier component,then the simulation optimization of each module is made and tested according to the index.
