With the rapid development in the field of microwave integrated circuits,in order to meet different needs,receivers of various frequency bands emerged at the historic moment.This paper designs a 6-12 GHz receiver frequency conversion component,determines the frequency conversion component index requirements,and retains a large margin in the design,determines the frequency conversion system scheme design,principle design,etc.,selects each according to the required frequency band Components,and developed a detailed design process based on specific indicators.Frequency conversion module is an important part of receiver,It is mainly used for microwave signal processing and switching,If there is a problem with the radar frequency conversion combination,Will seriously affect the signal reception and processing.Causes the weapon to lose its precision strike capability,Radar receiver down-conversion combination can provide efficient automatic testing,Provide guarantee for its development and production,it is suitable for different testing environments in the process of equipment development.This article is based on the actual needs of a project.According to the performance index and parameter analysis,it is finally determined that the frequency conversion method is designed for superheterodyne structure.The frequency conversion circuit includes two parts of up-conversion and down-conversion.The working frequency of the down-conversion is6-12 GHz,and 3GHz ? 0.2GHz is obtained after one-time conversion.It can be seen from the design of the frequency conversion scheme that a reasonable configuration of the frequency band of the switching filter group can effectively reduce the harmonic suppression and ensure the signal quality.The signal undergoes secondary conversion by the mixer to obtain the P-band intermediate frequency signal output.It can be known from the physical processing test that all indicators meet the design requirements.After the test,Inverter components can work normally in the whole process of normal temperature,high and low temperature vibration test.The result of gain,noise coefficient,flatness and in band fluctuation all meet the requirements.Therefor,the module can be used normally and has a good development prospect.
