Our country is a relatively water-short and big agricultural country.Water shortage is an important factor restricting the development of agriculture in our country.The main part of agricultural water supply is agricultural irrigation.Most of the water is transported through the open channel.After nearly two decades of irrigation canal construction,it has been initially standardized on a large scale irrigation channels.At the same time,gates on weir are found on most dam areas,spillways and so on,which provide good basic research conditions for the flow measurement and flow control of gate on weir.According to the existing open channel flow measurement method and Weir gate flow outflow theory in our country,the subject of the study designed an irrigation area weir gate flow control and measurement system,which can achieve the precise configuration of agricultural water,information management and flexibility control.Through the research the outflow theory of the existing gate on weir,combined with the modern intelligent measurement and control methods,the flow measurement,the front gate water level adjustment control and the gate opening control are combined into a whole to regulate the channel water flow.combined with the water conservancy laboratory conditions of our univers ity,the WES weir and the automated flat gate control systems were designed.Through the self-developed remote PC water distribution software,automatic water distribution control can be realized in the field gate.The MySQL database can be used to store the water consumption data to improve the utilization efficiency of water resources and realize the automation Measured water distribution.The flow performance was verified in the flow laboratory,and the appropriate flow coefficient formula was fitted with th e experimental data.The experimental results show that the system can accurately measure the flow in real time and accurately allocate water.Based on the flow measurement theory of gate on weir,this research and design mainly completes the following contents :(1)Based on the outflow theory of gate on weir,the outflow theoretic characteristics of gate on weir are verified by experiments.The correctness of the flow measurement formula was verified by the model experiment of the flow laboratory.Verify the accuracy ofautomated measurements.(2)Using the sensor technology,wireless communication technology, embedded technology and related knowledge to complete overall program design of the remote flow measurement control system.(3)Designed the WES body and flat gate on weir,designed a remote embedded control terminal,inc luding system hardware c ircuit, liquid level data signal acquisition circuit,gate motor control circuit,remote wireless data transmission circuit,touch screen display interface.(4)Combining the ?C/OS-III system to complete the writing of the embedded terminal software,using the QT5 software to develop the control room monitoring PC software,using MySQL to establish a historical database(5)A large number of experiments were conducted in the water conservancy experiment hall in the university,and the stability and reliability of the automatic gates were continuously adjusted and tested.The constant correction of the flow coefficients ensured the accuracy of the flow measurement.
