With the rapid development of highway in China,the personnel management in this area has come some problems such as geographic span,centralized management,time difference,more kinds of jobs and staff scheduling frequent.The traditional personnel management system has been unable to meet the needs of this field.Therefore,the establishment and improvement of a new and efficient personnel management system has become an important part of highway development in China.The traditional personnel management system has many problems,such as simple structure design,poor expansibility,difficult operation,low efficiency and so on.In order to solve these problems,this paper first studies the Thrift and other related technologies.Secondly,it analyzes the defects of traditional personnel management system and the requirements of highway personal management in detail according to the role and also describes the manage process based on flow chart.Thirdly,it expounds the realization frame and detail of the personnel management system from two aspects which are concept of the system prototype and realization of system based on Thrift and SOA.Finally,the system is implemented and tested from four aspects: function,performance,pressure and load.The result of testing shows that except meeting the needs of currentpersonnel managemeng system on highway area,it also has characteristics of strong expansibility,strong function,safety and reliability.The application of the system will greatly improve the efficiency of personnel management and ensure the development of the highway.
