| This paper has researched the super-frequency induction heating power supply. In the first chapter, it has introduced the principle and development of induction heating technology. It has also introduced the characteristic and the trend of development of PLC.In the second chapter, it has introduced the super-frequency induction heating power supply in detail, including its rectifier ,its inverter and its parallel-resonant load. In the introduction of rectifier, it has analyzed its main circuit and its control circuit. In the introduction of inverter, it has also analyzed its main circuit and its control circuit.In the third chapter, it has analyzed the rating expansion of induction heating power supply. The series and parallel connections of power electronic devices are discussed here. The inverter and machine series and parallel connections are discussed.The requirement of the system is given first in the chapter four. Then the design of the system is given. Last, the current-sharing of the parallel of power supply is analyzed , the control strategy used by the system is given and the experimental wave of the system controlled by the strategy is also given.In the last chapter, firstly, it has explained by the simulation that it has problem when we want to improve the power of the power supply by parallel connections of power electronic bridges. Then, it has simulated the problem of parallel of power supply with different angle. Last, it has discussed the start of the system. |
