Electromagnetic induction heating has been the core technology of work piece heat treatment in the modern industrial heating,and therefore become the focus of the field of research.Induction heating power supply has become the main way of industrial heating by virtue of its energy saving,high efficiency,safety and reliability.With the promotion of energy conservation and environmental protection,induction heating power supply is widely used because of its advantages of energy saving and pollution free,and it is developing towards the direction of high reliability,low cost and high frequency,New requirements are put forward in the aspects of circuit structure,control mode and development period,In this paper,the induction heating power supply has been studied and designed,the main work is as follows:1.The main circuit structure and the mode of power supply are analyzed and compared.The suitable scheme is selected and the main circuit is designed.The structure of series resonant circuit and the phase shifting power control mode are selected.The parameters are analyzed and calculated according to the characteristics of the main circuit.Suitable components are selected.The driver chip IR2110 is selected and the drive circuit is designed according to the characteristics of the inverter circuit.The impedance matching is analyzed,and the electromagnetic interference suppression and harmonic prevention are summarized.2.The hardware control circuit of phase shifting power modulation and phase locked loop is designed.The phase shift circuit,the frequency tracking circuit,the phase compensation,the sampling circuit and the closed-loop control are analyzed and designed,which provides the conditions for the cooperative control of the software.And the protection circuit is designed,including the over voltage and over current protection circuit,which can protect the whole system when the system is abnormal.3.The software control and display system was designed.The analysis of the traditional PI and PI digital control and digital PI control are improved,designed for separation of PI-P algorithm in this paper,to ensure the speed and accuracy of adjustment,realizes the intelligent adjustment.The sampling program is designed and the software protection is added to the system,which can work with hardware protection.The touch screen is designed,which has a friendly man-machine interface tooperate more conveniently.4.The system is simulated and debugged.The power system is built and simulated,which verifies the correctness and rationality of the scheme and lays the foundation for debugging and testing.The induction power supply system is debugged,and the phase shift waveform,dead time waveform,load voltage and current waveform are tested and analyzed.The problems encountered in the debugging process were summarized,and the test data were recorded to verify that the whole system meets the design requirements.
