In recent years, with the high-speed development of the electric power electroniccontrol,digital control show its superiority. The comprehensive comparison of theadvantages and disadvantages of various intelligent heating means and market prospect,and a digital electromagnetic heating heating arises at the historic moment. Based onDSP chip TMS320F2812as controller to realize the electromagnetic heating heatingdigital control, improve the electromagnetic heating heating efficiency.The system analysis the structure of main circuit and control program of theinduction heating power supply, rectifier selected not controlled rectifier mode andinverter side selected single-phase full-bridge inverter structure and phase shift PWMcontrol. In order to make the load real-time robot to catch the change of the temperaturecorresponding to the change of output power value, DSP control algorithm in putforward the new control strategy, to achieve the induction heating power supply powerregulation, the fuzzy control strategy. In understanding the original phase lock loopbased on the analysis of the traditional analog phase lock loop exist some disadvantages,such as frequency tracking range narrow, dynamic response is slow, poor reliability,dead zone time need auxiliary circuit implementation, etc. A DSP based on therealization of the digital phase-locked loop method came into being, on the applicationof this technology in the the electromagnetic heating power frequency tracking, bothtracking high-speed, tracking the frequency of high accuracy, excellent anti-interferenceability etc.In the end, the electromagnetic induction heating power supply system simulationwas carried out, and measured the drive waveform, verify the drive, the rationality andcorrectness of protection and control circuit in the experimental condition. Provide atheoretical basis for development of the electromagnetic heating power supply to largecapacity, high frequency.
