China's foundry enterprises annual production capacity ranks first in the world,but there is a gap in the management modes and methods compared with developed countries in the world.The environment will be influenced because the production management mode of the foundry enterprise is not standard.So the application of scientific and effective management is very important to development of foundry enterprise and environment.Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)is relatively widely applied in scientific management of enterprises,but the application of ERP has an inaccurate phenomenon.For example,the production process cannot timely tracking and monitoring,material release time is not reasonable,the product processing and material information on charge transfer is not timely,it directly affects the issued the company's management decision.Therefore,we should give full play to the advantages of information technology and combine the characteristics of ERP and radio frequency identification technology(RFID)in order to achieve accurate data stocktaking in raw material warehouse and finished product database of foundry enterprises,and at the same time,it can achieve purposes of collecting production site information timely and effectively.Focused on mainly the problems of non-standard inventory management of this paper,difficulty in collecting information in production process,and so on.analyzes the requirements of the management information system and establishes a functional model.Through the use of the wireless radio frequency identification technology of the Internet of things,this paper studies the feasible solutions to solve the existent problem.Finally,the industry management information system of medium and small type casting enterprises based on RFID technology are set up.In various production workshops of small and medium sized foundry enterprises,it is difficult to track the information of casting production and the information of statistical warehouse,the current advanced RFID technology is adopted to formulate specific solutions for the supervision of production process and the management of warehouse.Analysis of the production process of data is how efficient,accurate,reliable,timely collection,through the RFID data processing module,real-time transmission of filtered data to the database storage.According to the principle of the functional architecture of the manufacturing execution system(MES),combined with the development of production management and the demand of the warehouse in the medium and small foundry enterprises,the database of the management background information of the foundry enterprise is designed,and the management information system,such as information storage,document inquiry,data inquiry,data statistics,system maintenance,operator information and so on,is designed.The six major functional modules of the system.Through the feedback information formally used in a small and medium sized foundry enterprise,Functional use can well meet the production and development needs of the company,and realize the information based on the RFID management mode of the medium and small casting enterprises.
