While the application of computer science and technology is promoted by thedevelopment of science and society has prompted, standards for working and livingefficiency have also been leveled up. If all the attendance data, an important part of staffappraisal, is collected and processed artificially in the whole appraisal process, a largeamount of manpower, material and time will be consumed, moreover the accuracy of datacannot be guaranteed. From the perspective of guard attendance management, attendancemanagement system conducts unified management on all the relevant attendance information,which effectively saves manpower and material consumption and hence improves theefficiency. Compares with artificial management, attendance management by softwarepossesses the following advantages, respectively, swiftness, flexibility and convenience,reliability, large memory, high safety and low cost. Modern attendance assessmentmanagement enables higher working efficiency and lower artificial labor intensity. Itextricates staff from the heavy information management work mainly through managingattendance of all relevant information uniformly by adopting database. Therefore, how todesign and achieve an attractive, user-friendly and safe attendance management system toprocess staff attendance information automatically will be of more practical significance.Based on the analysis above, this paper designs and implements an attendancemanagement system based on RFID. The general system structure contains attendancerecords registration module, working time setting module, system permissions maintenancemodule and information query and statistics module. Based on the function modules above,records of attendance, overtime, leave, business travel, staff management and informationmodification are realized. Research and development of the system mainly adopts the B/Smodel and the C++-based packed MFC framework of Windows API, also it adopts C++ programming language, Microsoft Access database and Windows VC++6.0compilationplatform. Specifically, the main work of the paper includes:(1) The paper designs and achieves radio-frequency-based attendance managementsystem. The attendance assessment management system based on RFID ensures convenient,swift, accurate data collection and processing for the RFID technology has a non-contacttwo-way data communication feature and advantages such as high signal recognitionaccuracy, quick data acquisition, low physical loss, non-susceptible to environments andlong life.(2) By analyzing functional requirements of the attendance management system, theoverall system architecture designed in this paper includes: attendance record registrationmodule, working time setting module, system permission maintenance module andinformation query and statistics module. Moreover, we design and implement attendancerecords, overtime records, leave records, travel records, stuff management and informationmodification functions based on the above function modules.(3) Through testing and analyzing functions like staff information addition andmodification, attendance assessment, time modification, attendance statistics and attendanceinformation retrieval, results show that the attendance management system based on RFIDtechnology designed and implemented in this paper can provide a simple, fast, accurateinformation acquisition and processing services for the attendance management staff.
