Facing the worldwide problems of resource depletion and serious environmental pollution,effective recycling of renewable resources has become one of the main ways for people to explore sustainable development.In recent years,the recycling industry in China has expanded rapidly and made great contributions to resource conservation and environmental improvement.At the same time,renewable resource recycling industry also exists in some problems,information asymmetry of the recycling process,nregulated management,unclear division of labor,single function of the relevant information platform,imperfect system.It impedes the healthy and rapid development of the recycling industry.It restricts the development of our economy and society.It has gradually become an urgent problem for the government and enterprises.The automatic identification technology of QR code and management information system are combined,establish a complete national network of renewable resources recovery management information system is a great significance for improving the level of supervision and management of government and enterprises,and promoting the healthy development of industry.Firstly,on the basis of summarizing several main characteristics of two-dimensional code technology.In this paper,the two dimensional code demand analysis for renewable resource recovery is analyzed and the characteristics of several common two-dimensional codes are compared.The analysis shows that we should first select the QR code as a two-dimensional code technology applied to the management of renewable resource recovery.QR code has the characteristics of Omnibearing recognition,high recognition speed,anti-pollution,anti-deformation and error correction ability and easy to promote.Secondly,the square two-dimensional code label structure is designed by analyzing the renewable resource information and tagging text information of the two-dimensional code storage.At the same time,considering the special environment of the recycling of renewable resources,analyze the influence factors of label weathering.The study designed a Weathering test and device consisting of four parts,high and low temperature environment 90 degree peel strength test,water spray test,ultraviolet aging test and surface friction test.Finally,on the basis of the theory of management information system,the overall framework of renewable resource recovery management information system based on two-dimensional code technology is constructed.Mainly through the detailed demand analysis,constructing the overall architecture of the management system of four layers,including application layer,data layer,network layer and perception layer.Designing the system module structure which including application and authentication system,two-dimensional code management subsystem,recycling management subsystem,statistics management subsystem,information query management subsystem and system management subsystem.At the same time,according to the database design principle,the database of the renewable resource recovery management information system is designed.
