Currently, Resource shortages and environmental pollution has become increasinglybeen a social problem. It affects the daily lives of residents. It is extremely harmful to people’shealth. And it severely restricting the development of China’s economy and society. Theshortage of resources and environmental pollution caused by many factors, improper wastedisposal and waste is one of the main reasons. Therefore, garbage and waste in renewableresources and reasonable recycling have great significance for environmental management. Atthe same time, with the development of Internet and information technology, informationtechnology has further applied to various life fields, such as education, health care, financialand others. Use of the Internet and information technology to achieve the garbage and wasterecycling renewable resources management is imminent, and for the formation of a scientificand effective renewable resource recovery and recycling automation mode has a positiveeffect.This paper describes the design and development of a renewable resource recyclingmanagement system.Author uses of software engineering principles, using the MySQLdatabase technology and JSP, JavaScript, CSS, html, etc. more mainstream web systemsdevelopment technology, integration of object-oriented programming ideas, development anddesign of a complete renewable resource recycling management systems. This design of thesystem according to the characteristics of renewable resources, recycling management modemodule detailed design and analysis, the system has good usability, scalability and stability.the system is divided into the landing, user management, materials management,recycling management, recycle manage five modules. Landing module, you can achieve anormal user and system administrator login function; user management module, the system administrator can implement a user to add, delete, modify, and other functions; materialsmanagement module can be achieved on the system can be managed to recover itemsincluding management item name, item attributes, item unit price; trash management moduleenables the system to join the recycle bin management, including the management of theRecycle Bin name, trash and other regions; recycle management module is the core of thisthesis part, through this module, you can achieve the registration of renewable resources,recycled materials and the content of the register management, including recyclables nameregistration, material properties, quantity, amount, recycling sites and other information.Author draws on current management systems similar items recovered characteristicsand inadequate design of a new type of renewable resource recycling management. Authordesigns and implements a centralized platform, unified management, facilitate the settlementof the renewable resource recycling management. It changes the original managementindustry fundamentally and solves difficulties of the statistical records in the recovery process.It achieves the scientific and efficient management.This paper describes the design and development of a renewable resource recyclingmanagement system, the system can help people to establish an effective renewable resourcerecovery mode, helps to improve people’s environmental awareness, develop renewableresources, recycling lifestyle and habits.
