The Design Of The Vegetable Trace-ability Information Management Platform Based On The Two-dimension Code

The traceability management of the vegetables is one of the measures to ensure the safety. This paper carried out the research with the title of “a design of the vegetable traceability information management platform based on the QR code”. The whole platform is realized by Linux + Apache + PHP + My SQL using PHP, which built several databases of the vegetables information, such as planting information, processing information, quality inspection, etc. The paper designed a integrated platform to inquire the vegetables information,including the planting, processing and quality inspection. The QR code makes the consumers to query the vegetables information fast and conveniently by carrying a large amount of information and strong ability of error correction, and it is easy to read.Vegetables traceability information management platform is mainly divided into four subsystems, such as producers file system, government regulation system, query system and production technology standard service system. Producers file subsystem is used for recording all kinds of information in the process of the vegetables planting, including growers information, land information, agricultural materials information, processing information, etc. The government regulation subsystem asks the quarantine staff to input the quality information and other people also can query the quality inspection information through the system. The traceability information query subsystem is used for integrating information, printing QR code, which makes the consumers to query the information. Production technology standard service subsystem is mainly to provide users with service information of the vegetables, including production technology standards, dynamic information, pesticide residues, information, etc.The design of the vegetables traceability information management platform based on the QR code made the vegetables information can be expressed by QR code, which made the information transportation more convenient.Consumers can scan and search the vegetables information by mobile phones accurately, which makes the consumers can eat more securely. This platform not only ordered the vegetables information, but also supplied the reference data to the quality department, which made the vegetables information management networked and intelligentized.
