In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet of Things technology,the new irrigation systems that combine Io T technology and traditional agricultural irrigation systems has become mainstream in the market.In the past ten years of research,a series of irrigation monitoring systems have been developed by agricultural colleges and research institutes in China.However,these systems can not adequately deal with the problem of large-scale data collection at multi-sites,weak signal of farmland environment and many interference factors.Therefore,a new paradigm is needed to solve the above problems.In this paper,IOT technology is used to design the farmland irrigation system.the representativeness of the farmland irrigation system by substituting a single point of soil moisture for a certain area is not strong,a multi-point soil moisture estimation IOT farm irrigation system is designed.In order to obtain accurate soil moisture data for each virtual acquisition node,the paper uses exponential filtering method to calculate soil moisture in depth based on soil surface data,And the system uses MK10DN512VLL10 control chip as the center of the underlying MCU microcontroller,transmits data with GPRS communication,and uses the SMS-II soil moisture sensor to collect surface soil moisture value.Through the packet loss rate test of GPRS module in 4000-7000 meters and SMS-II in soil,clay and loam soil sensor accuracy testing,field data transfer is stable and acquired soil moisture data is accurate,Which achieves the effect of multi-point deep soil moisture estimation and reduces the input cost of large deep soil moisture sensors.In the aspect of system software,in order to match the multi-point data acquisition and deep soil moisture estimation,the iterative algorithm of exponential filtering is adopted to solve the maximum feature duration value in the iterative process.At the same time,in order to make the most distribution of sensors in the underlying wireless sensor network,the distributed cuckoo algorithm is adopted to solve the optimal solution of the sensor under different complex conditions.Based on the above algorithm,a PC-side field data management PC system is designed.Based on the application of this system in maize experimental field in an economic park in Tianjin,the accuracy of estimating soil moisture at different depths(30-120 cm)of virtual soil moisture nodes is systematically tested,and the data reliability of soil moisture estimation is proved.The estimation error is 2.85%-5.54% within the 30-60 cm in the most accurate estimates.
