The Research And Application Of TCM Pulse Pattern Recognition Based On MATLAB

With the development of science and technology.The objective study of pulse diagnosis have been one of the most important development direction of traditional Chinese medicine pluse(TCM).Traditional Chinese Objectification which get human health data from pluse wave simplifies the experience requirement of TCM.This paper is based on the traditional Chinese medicine mobile health examination and management platform of Hong Kong Baptist University.The detection terminal,mobile client the main part of the project in cooperation with,We focus on the pulse wave signal processing based on Matlab and the research of pulse pattern recognition algorithm.First,we collect the pulse wave data in 80 College Students by using graphene bracelet of cooperative company.In order to ensure the reliability of experimental data.Before the experiment,the students should be trained accordingly.Each student was collected four times a day for a week.After the completion of the acquisition,The collected data were saved to the cloud database of Jiangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine,This is convenient for data sharing and analysis,Cloud data storage also provides a basis for the analysis of large data generated by the popularity of the corresponding product.Then,the pulse wave signal is processed by smoothing filter,Then the pulse wave shape is segmented by finding the key point.Finally,the dynamic differential threshold method is used to obtain the main wave crest.To provide the conditions for pattern recognition.Bychina medical books and clinical experience,Toobtain quantitative criteria for pulse wave,So as to obtain the discriminant of 26 kinds of pulse.Pulse recognition algorithm base on Matlab platform to pulse discrimination.In order to realize the practical application of the recognition algorithm.We transform the recognition algorithm in Matlab to dynamic link library to integrate it in Pulse recognition system of traditional Chinese Medicine.and then we can use the recognition algorithm cross the systerm.At the same time,the calculation parameters and identification results are shown on the C# platform,It's important for the improvement and promotion of the later algorithm.Based on the clinical data of Jiangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine,the recognition algorithm is validated,The recognition accuracy reaches 73.3%,Has a certain reference for the study of objectification of pulse diagnosis.
