Research On The Improvement Of XD Company WLAN Security Assessment Tool

WLAN has become one of the most important means of internet access because of convenience and high-bandwidth,but WLAN security issues did not arouse attention.Since the Central Leading Group for Cyberspace Affairs was established,the state of independent innovation and independent intellectual property rights of network security protocols and products get more and more concern and attention,China's WLAN security standards provide technical support for the protection of national Wireless Network Security.WLAN security has become an important part of network security and information technology development strategy,the WLAN security evaluation acts as an important part of the government's public service and an important part of national public safety management.According to China's relevant regulations,WLAN products must go through testing and certification authority of the State to enter the Chinese market,so the WLAN security assessment tools are indispensable for testing and certification capacity-building.The qulity of WLAN security assessment tools will directly affect the efficiency of the evaluation mechanism,the length of time and the level of efficiency assessment determine the time to market and further determines the success or failure of the product to market.Traditional product improvement is more focused on the analysis of internal development factors,how to improve the work efficiency of WLAN security assessment tools,shorten the evaluation time is a problem every evaluation organization most concerned about,which also is the most concerned about by the development of WLAN security assessment tool companies.This article focuses on the product improvement research of XD WLAN security assessment tool,taking into account the evaluation of institutional clients demand,enterprise customers demand,and other factors within itself.This study based on the actual situation of XD company's WLAN security assessment tool,study the issues to improve WLAN security assessment tools,improve evaluation efficiency,improve customer satisfaction.The Kano model and IPA analysis methods are combined to build the WLAN security assessment tool for product improvement model.We identify needs type and requirement priorities to guide product improvement through collecting and classifying customer needs.Finally,development strategies for WLAN security assessment tools are proposed to,which is conducive to relevant personnel of XD company to identify customer needs more clearly,to distinguish between customer demand priority level.This article provide a theoretical support for improvement of WLAN security assessment tools which can solve practical problems XD companies and provide reference for colleague.
