The Research On Key Technology And Demonstrated Implementation Of The University Educational Administration Integrated System

Mobile Internet technology was improved rapidly along with the popularity of smart mobile phone which brought in convince for our daily life and work.As the key ring of university education in China,online educational administration succeed in the revolution of educational administrative affairs.Since the traditional online system was successful deployed and employed for the last decade,the lack of mobility,the strong dependency with platform,and the worse timeliness are the points to be improved further.To fulfill the current demand,according to the issue mentioned above,it is a better solution to build a university educational administration integrated system via the state-of-the-art mobile Internet technology.However,there are some obvious problems in the teaching management system of colleges and universities,such as:(1)data island,the data of each system cannot be shared;(2)system island,lack of interaction between systems;(3)product design problems,The model is not geophysical oriented,nor is it suitable for modern mobile office and business processing needs,not combined with large data,Internet of Things and artificial intelligence technology.This paper address the process of implementation of a mobile-Internet-based university educational administration integrated system,which is combined with the aspects of analysis of system requirement,design of architecture and function,and system implementation demonstration.Firstly,according to the summary of educational administration affairs and regulations,the representative business functions and processes are analysis.Each business process refers to the interaction of three roles of users,namely students,teachers and staffs,from which the use cases of them can be extracted.Secondly,the design and implementation of university educational administration integrated system are presented,which figures that the system are composed of three sub-systems: 1)Student mobile client end,which is respond for demand from student application;2)Teacher mobile client end,which is respond for teacher demand from student management;3)Administration service platform,which is mainly for administrative staff to support all the functions needed by students and teachers.Where the interaction between the mobile client and the management service platform uses the EIO framework.In the process of system design and implementation of EIO framework,a message engine based on EITP protocol is designed and implemented by analyzing the EIO framework development basic process and message engine application scenario.The EITP message engine function module mainly includes message task management,message management,message log management,configuration management and function interface layer,and then applies the EITP message engine to the EIO framework to realize the transformation and upgrading of the original EIO framework.Finally,the functional demonstration of the system proposed in this paper is realized.And through the operation of the functional interface display and testing,obtained in the use of EITP message engine after the transformation of the EIO framework can be better applied to the university teaching management system.Then the paper discusses the existing problems in the system,and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions on how to improve the system.
