Jinan Army Institute Of Correspondence, Internet-based Educational Administration System

This paper is grounded on the development of management system of teaching by correspondence in Jinan army college. In order to adapt to the construction of army information and advance military staff qualities, It sets out from the actual work. First, this paper analyses the problems that appear in Teaching by correspondence currently .It combines with the concepts and structure of teaching by correspondence and principles and methods of system development, and describes the development process.The main part is divided into six sections. They are preface, project summary, system requirement, system implement, system introduction, and browser module design of Internet. At the end of this paper, it describes conclusion, acknowledgement and reference. It detailedly recordes the purpose of the whole system, process of the development and expectant result. Fore talk in this part, analyzed to develop the troops college to teach by correspondence the important meaning of the educational administration management system and to the important function that the troops college educational administration manage, and the main purpose and the scope of the development that elaborated the development. These six sections present the purpose, process and expectant effect. In preface, I analyze the important meaning of developing teaching management system of army college, and depict the main purpose and scale of development. In the project summary, it summarizes the whole system on the aspects of system feasibility analysis, expectant functions and the characteristics in order to totally grasp the development of system. In the section of system requirement, with the extensive investigation and earnest analysis, It further explicitly strengthens the work that the information-based teaching and managements need to do, and has the clearer understanding of how to make the good Teaching management .It mainly describes the system from the aspects of system requirement and module implement. Module implement is composed of management from the student status, the teaching management, the result management, the academic degreemanagement, graduation management, system maintenance etc. And this teaching management system supplies the requirement of army college teaching by correspondence. In the system implement, it mainly describes the concrete system development from the aspects of data description, database implement, and module implement, and implements the expectant system functions. In the Internet browser module design, it mainly implements the net function of the system, and is able to net query, delete, and add functions. Finally, this paper briefly introduces the enactment of system, in order to have a direct understanding of enactment.This system is based on Internet, and adopts the more advanced engineering now, and programs with three-layer structure technology design and the object-oriented thought, and gets completer function and better security. Since the tryout of the system, good effects are got. Further, I will add to new function to solve the new problem, improve the performance of system to server military staff better.
