A significant portion for the educational administration management of the TV University, the educational administration management system gradually reveals the defect that its WEB system depends on the Internet and computers. An Android client of the educational administration management system is designed to follow the development of intelligent mobile terminals, and remove the disadvantages and satisfy the needs for information management of daily study, therefore a user can log on to the educational administration management system in real time for simple usual operation. Developed through the Java computing language and Android system, the system realizes searching for performance, curriculum and tests, and offers the functions including online evaluation and selection of classes. The design style of the mainstream Apps which has simple interface and simple operation is referred to in the system, increasing the channels of acquiring educational information for the students and enhancing the efficiency of educational administration management of the university.First, the design method of the RBAC-based fine granularity permission table is analyzed in the thesis. In view of the study of the needs of learners, the traditional educational administration system is analyzed as well, which reveals inadequate information and delayed transmission. Second, with the development of mobile Internet technology and the popularization of mobile application clients, the concept of transforming the traditional educational administration management system through mobile client technology is proposed. Third, according to the method of software engineering and the requirements of the system, the feasibility and function requirements are analyzed in details. We further designed a crowdsourcing-based login check system to prevent malicious actions; We use max information entropy method to check the transmission error and HDFS-based distributed storage system to enforce the concurrent ability of the system.Fourth, the outline design and database design of the software system is completed. Finally, the mobile client application based on Android is developed for the students' learning needs.The main functions of the software system developed in this paper include:(1) performance query, which takes into account the needs of the students in the process of using different positioning, wherein the user makes a first position before the system returns to the corresponding query content;(2) curriculum query function, designed for checking the curriculum at any time, also known as a "super curriculum";(3) examination query and registration function, much like the curriculum query function, which enables certain important teaching information to be queried conveniently;(4) selective function for optional courses, which enables the students to select the courses by their own; and(5) teaching evaluation function for teaching evaluation, an important teaching feedback activity in each semester, also a link among the school, teachers and students.The software system mentioned in this thesis realizes, after several times of revision, the usual functions for the students.
