The Risk Management Research Of B College's Virtual Studio Construction Project

Nowadays,the teaching and learning activities are developing towards information and network.Accordingly,more and more colleges attach importance to the construction of multimedia.At present,Chinese colleges teaching and research activities depend heavily on the support of multimedia technology,multimedia construction level of a college has formed an important aspect of the overall strength of collegess,an important part is the comprehensive informatization construction of college.The ability of scientific research,teaching in colleges is the key to their survival,teaching research ability and high level will accelerate the development of colleges,the construction of multimedia which requires colleges and colleges must be the teaching and research activities,implementation of teaching and research activities of information.With the increase of multimedia construction projects,the following problems are also increasing.In this paper,we will study the project risk management of a large multimedia construction project in B college,which is called virtual studio.Virtual studio is the product of the combination of virtual reality technology and traditional color key technology in recent years.At present,some colleges have built a virtual studio,and made some encouraging achievements in the production of educational TV programs,the application of distance education,the exploration of new teaching models and so on.The research based on systematic review on the domestic and foreign related research and application,combined with the relevant historical data,according to the project risk management process,respectively,through the analysis of construction project risk identification,virtual studio B college's risk assessment,risk response and controlaspects in-depth comparison,summed up the B college in the virtual studio construction project risk management the problem and causes of the problem,determine the importance of various types of risks,and puts forward solutions and countermeasures,to achieve the objectives of the project pre-setand,provide a good reference for other colleges multimedia construction project.
