Design And Implementation Of The Cooperativeoffice System Of Shijingshan District Mobile Government

With the use of information systems,collaborative office work has brought great convenience for the daily work,but at the same time,there will be leadership,department staff to go out to meet or check the work caused by work is not delayed;Information means to build mobile collaboration platform to achieve mobile office management,get rid of time and place limitations,to achieve any time,any place business collaboration processing,improve work efficiency.This paper studies the mobile office coordination system of Shijingshan District,which aims to provide a functional application such as document handling,conference management,scheduling,instant communication and so on for the leaders and office workers in Shijingshan District.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of the mobile office coordination system in Shijingshan District,and puts forward the research contents and the structure of the paper by studying the development and current situation of mobile government and cooperative office at home and abroad.Through the use of J2 EE technology,SOA architecture,WEB services,workflow,Android development and other related technologies to learn the system.From the role analysis,functional requirements analysis,permission analysis and non-functional requirements analysis and other aspects of the system after the analysis,developed a system design principles.According to the design principle,the system overall design,system architecture design,the functional module design and data model design.This paper also demonstrates the final realization of the system from several aspects.Then,the test results are analyzed according to the test principle,the preparation work before the test,the test method and the tools used in the test.At the end of this paper,the summary of the research results and the future research work are prospected.
