The Health Assessment Of RF Circuit Based On Performance Degradation Data

With the rapid development of electronic technology, electronic system has been widely used in living production and every aspects of aerospace. And its complexity continuous increasing, the catastrophic accidents caused by the key modules of electronic system or the components breakdown happen occasionally. Therefore, the evaluation to the electronic health of electronic system is more and more valuing. At present, the method of evaluation to the health degree of electronic system is still not quantitative, especially there are no effective evaluation methods to comprehensive health degree of electronic system under the monitoring of various parameters. According to the problem, the paper mainly from research work from three aspects :According to the problem that accelerating the degradation experiment takes long time and high cost, this paper puts forward a simulation method of radio frequency circuit based on EDA simulation technology, and combining with the analysis to the failure mode effects, then giving various parameters of influencing the health status of radio circuit, using simulation methods to get a series of performance degradation date about key parameters of typical radio circuit, finally ensuring to use S parameter to evaluate the health degree of radio circuit.According to the problem that parameter K changing weak, difficult to effective monitoring and performance degradation in early time about radio circuit, this paper use a HMM model to monitor the trend of degradation of radio circuit through KL distance to change the weak performance degradation parameter into obvious degradation trend, so that can improve the ability of analysing system degradation trend.Putting forward a kind of health assessment and prediction method to radio circuit whose path curve of performance degradation are similar, and choosing a model conformed to the high degree of performance degradation to match, using the path curve of performance degradation got by matching to forecast the life of radio circuit. Through the analysis of performance degradation date of radio circuit, it can surely use what king of model to match the performance degradation date and give the evaluation criterion of evaluating matching model. At the same time, giving calculating formula of the similarity between performance degradation path and degradation path of original date, and apply it into health evaluation and predicting of radio circuit.Through the example verifying, this method can get a accurate assessment to the health state of radio circuits. And using this method to forecast the life of radio circuits is more closer to true number than that directly using the performance degradation path.
