The Design And Implementation Of The Management System For Graduates’ Internship And Employment In Higher Vocational Colleges

Graduates of higher vocational colleges have almost a year of internship, thusinternship network management is extremely important. It involves the conversion ofstudents’ employment unit and graduates’ employment information need to betransmitted to students who are in practice in time. As a result, the network managementsystem application is particularly important for convenient of students to uploadpractical notes, internship reports and other materials through the network so as to assistthe practice guidance.This thesis is based on in-depth investigation of the graduates’ internship of allhigher vocational colleges in Hangzhou and the current situation of the employmentmanagement system. It analyses and concludes existing problems and future developingdirections in order to explore the system of graduates’ internship and employmentmanagement.The current situation of the system of graduates’ internship and employmentmanagement at home and abroad, the analysis of the disadvantages of the currentsystem and some problems solved in this research.Analysis of the necessity andfeasibility from the aspects of graduate internship and employment management systemperformance requirement, data transmission performance, functional requirements,business process. After a certain period of time the demand analysis, the system uses theBrowser/Server mode, use the ASP.NET development technologies and SQL Serverdatabase. The framework of the overall system, database, software structure, userinterface, all these aspects are carefully designed.The management system can satisfy all the needs of guide teachers, graduates andcompanies and it can be put into use in all colleges. Finally, this thesis analyses someshortages of the graduate internship and employment management system. At the sametime, it presents some designs of the system’s development, hoping that the system canbe greatly improved in the future.
