In the spectrum regulatory process, we not only should sample, storage and analysis the general wireless signal, but also get the position of signal base station. However, most of the traditional location technologies are designed for the monitoring network or the receiver with a directional antenna. When we use only one receiver to monitor the signal, we should improve the traditional location technologies. Therefore, we research location algorithm based on broadband wireless digital signal base stations, and related communication technology, using a general wireless signal detection analysis instrumentWe chose the TDOA location technology as a basic solution in this paper. We combine the traditional TDOA location technology, and use Chan method to estimate the position of signal base station. Aims to solve the problems that we can’t synchronize different monitoring nodes, we use the receiver’s absolute time and the periodic signal to improve the traditional TDOA algorithm. Combining the algorithm, we point out the main factors influencing the performance by analysis of CRLB. We analyze the location method in3-D coordinates based on virtual TDOA, for the actual scene. Because the serious performance degradation of Chan method under NLOS, we combine with the traditional method to design the elimination of NLOS interference based on virtual TDOA. We identify the NLOS using group decision method, then reconstruct the equation by LOS. When we identify the NLOS, we sort the monitoring nodes by its weights, so after reconstruction, we use WLS to improve the location accuracy. We use the GDOP to avoid the erroneous judgment of LOS, at the same time of identification. We simulate the algorithm to verify the feasibility of the algorithm. Finally, we also design the specific location solution for DTMB and CDMA, verify the communication technology by hardware equipment.We summarize the paper and forecast the future research.
