| Along with the constant reform and development of the cause of education in our country, the scale of the university community in recent years gradually show the trend of expansion. Though this can be for a large number of students to create more chances of receiving higher education, but at the same time it also brought pressure for the daily management of colleges and universities. Among them, especially the performance management has become more urgent problems in the current management work of colleges and universities. Use the assessment grades, on the one hand, able to timely grasp the students’ learning status; On the other hand can also reflect the quality of education. However, due to the large number of students, student performance management will produce large amounts of data information, although many colleges by means of management software implementation of automated management information to the result, but still exist, such as information sharing is not strong, lack of data statistical analysis and other defects.The paper is aimed at the problems of student achievement management system, starting from the objective environment of the current domestic universities, based on the student achievement management system requirements analysis, application purpose and function, decision system design scheme of adopting B/S architecture, choose open J2 EE development platform, the database is used SQL2012. At the same time in order to achieve student performance management system, with the purpose of the school teaching work closely with the article also USES the open source Weka data mining software to generate the student achievement information analysis and statistics, use the standard API interface provided by J2 EE, realizes the data mining and database links, the results of data mining in the database, to help teaching workers when using the system according to the feedback information to carry out targeted teaching method and content. In this paper, the main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1) Through the research resources, learning about the current domestic and foreign colleges and universities in the use of the software system for student performance management work progress. Based on analysis of problems existing in the current student performance management work and defect, put forward how to use data mining technology to student performance management with the construction of the teaching system of tightly integrated design idea;(2) Base on the existing mature solution of the student achievement management system, the paper combined with domestic colleges and universities school environment, choose reasonable technology of student achievement management system of comprehensive development, and from the system demand and feasibility of the application of two aspects, the detailed design and implementation of the function of the system. In addition, considering the system availability, stability and expansibility, the non-functional requirements of the system is also carried on the detailed description;(3) In the design of student achievement management system to join the performance information data mining functions, use Weka data mining software, the results of student achievement of statistical analysis are applied to the teachers management subsystem of student management and performance management capabilities, to help the real time control of the student to study the dynamic teaching administrators in under the premise of subjectivity to adjust the teaching plan and content, the maximum play to the role of a data mining functions, to improve the teaching quality.(4) in this paper, the design and implementation of the division of student achievement management system according to the operating authority mainly includes four subsystems, respectively for the system management subsystem, subsystem of the educational administration management subsystem, teachers and students management subsystem. The four subsystems basically meet the needs of the present university student performance management work, solve the traditional student achievement management system of information utilization rate is not high, the purpose of the information processing problems such as unclear, at the same time, further enhance the level of university informatization office can effectively improve the working efficiency and quality education. |
