A smart heat supplying data management system is developed which based on on-off time area and GPRS directing at energy waste and unfair heat supplying in winter.This system uses room temperature controller,on-off controller,building heat meters and building collector as on-site heat supplying equipment.This system uses VS2010 and Sql Server2008R2 as developing software which achieves human-computer interaction.This system could manage basic information of heat users and could receive and save heat supplying data,equipment alarm message,users' share data and equipment status data in real time.The monitoring center will make remote control scientifically in terms of collected heat supplying data by GPRS and will achieve energy saving and emission deduction by solely or bulk remote control on-off of the valve in users' inlet pipe and remote regulate temperature controller inside users' house.This system achieves real-time monitoring to heat supplying equipment and the monitoring center will find and solve issues at the first time once live equipment alarms which could minimize impact by equipment failure on heat user.By analysis about uploaded data and reference to pricing supplied by heat supplying company,the system could calculate total amount of each heat user easily.More heat,more cost.This system could also raise heat users' motivation for energy saving and emission reduction.
