The construction of the construction waste recycling and comprehensive management information sharing platform,through the platform to realize the sharing and analysis of construction waste information statistics,promote the construction waste production,transport,consumption,with comprehensive management,standardize the construction units,transport enterprises,enterprise consumptive market behavior,contribute to the Municipal Committee,municipal construction Committee Planning Commission,Transportation Bureau and other commissioned Bureau collaboration to co-ordinate the implementation of management of construction waste source enterprises,standardize transport behavior,rational planning of consumption facilities and resource disposal facilities layout,promote resource recycling products,and constantly improve the level of construction waste recycling.The main research content of this paper is the comprehensive management of construction waste in Beijing city and the platform of information sharing.Operating system using Server Windows 2003 operating system,the system database using Oracle,GIS platform using ArcGIS9.1 ESRI platform.The platform is composed of construction waste,construction waste transportation information management information management,information management,construction waste disposal sites,garbage disposal of construction waste recycled products information management,information management and comprehensive management and recycling information sharing of five parts.The use of information technology,building integrated waste management and recycling information sharing platform,through information reporting and other means to meet the need of accurate assessment of construction waste disposal information,provide the basis for the rational layout of construction waste disposal facilities.Through the Coordination Committee and various commissions Bureau and district,public access and the amount of construction waste generated,transportation and disposal,construction waste disposal facilities,transport companies and vehicle license and other basic information,recycled products supply and demand information public engineering construction waste and soil trough,implementation of the Municipal Committee,municipal construction committee,Planning Commission and between the Commission by letter,Environmental Protection Bureau Geweiban Bureau and the construction site,transportation enterprises,consumptive places,construction waste recycled products enterprise comprehensive management and recycling information sharing,so as to promote the construction waste production,transport,consumption,with comprehensive management,promote resource recycling products,and constantly improve the construction waste recycling the level of market norms and construction units,transport enterprises,consumption of enterprises,enhance the bureaus of construction waste control,supervision and management level.
