| As a more advanced enterprise resource management information system,ERP can use modern more developed information technology to help enterprises optimize the allocation and management of resources,reduce the cost of creating value,and achieve intensive management of enterprise resources.Payment as an important part of the financial sector,the financial payment information is the industry's inevitable choice.And as the enterprise has been successfully deployed ERP system,then the choice of the second development and design of the entire process for the financial payment system based on the existing ERP is undoubtedly the most convenient way to achieve payment of information.The design and implementation of the whole process of the system based on ERP payment settlement can provide enterprises for help in the financial payment linking to save costs for the payment process and provide all aspects of the operator for a convenient,such as:whether the financial payment terms have been met before payment,how long after the arrival of the supplier can apply for payment,if the enterprise and the supplier has a guarantee,how to implement the payment,how long to submit a second or third payment request after completing the first payment request for a variety of conditions of payment companies.And these problems will be solved with the successful design and implementation of the system.Firstly,the article explores the background and research purpose of the whole ERP payment project implementation,and analyzes the functional requirements of the system.Furthermore,we describe the system requirement in detail by the form of a flowchart.On the basis of the needs analysis,we conducted the architecture of ERP payment contract settlement process.Secondly,we conduct the detailed design of ERP payment in full process management system in the power industry.We design the system in accordance with difference and integrated management.Besides,we describe the various design features.Before designing the system,we analyze the traditional mode of ERP payment,on this basis,we analyze the drawbacks of traditional ERP payment,and then introduce how to solve the drawbacks of the traditional by the new process based on ERP payment.We carry out a detailed analysis of each function point,and thus achieve the overall integration of function points.Meanwhile,in the understanding of the whole structure,we discuss detail design of each functional block based on difference and integrated management.Thirdly,we conduct a detailed system configuration on the basis of the detailed design.Fourth,we conduct the system on-line pilot run:according to the Beijing Electric Power key users encountered the small bug during the pilot operation,we analyze and design the functional requirements with the preparation of the book,and provide the on-line test.Finally,according to problems encountered in the requirements analysis phase,the system design phase,the phase of system configuration and system implementation stage,we find the solutions and provide whole design process and the implementation experience.This article is based on the business requirements of contract settlement and the existing payment process about State Grid Corporation of China,analyzes business actual needs and business processes,achieving the ERP system process based on the monthly payment of the whole process by integrating the concept of contract settlement.According to the process stage division,it includes project/contract goods settlement schedule for query system,quering the unpaid data,payment to check and confirm the conditions needed for operation,preparing monthly payment plan,payment plan audit,payment application to create complete parts,and completing payment.The ERP design and implementation of payment system in the whole process,avoid the disadvantages of traditional ERP payment,and simplify the financial operation process of the power industry,which bring convenience to business of electric industry. |
