Design And Development Of Engineering Cost Management System Based On JAVA

At present,domestic and foreign engineering cost management mostly use the same pattern: a unified price management through regional unit price method of project cost budget preparation;in different periods according to the price fluctuations in the market make the appropriate adjustments to the project cost;the regional institution based on periodic project cost published guidance system to determine the project cost to re-examine the latest cost.This mode is dynamic mode and static mode managed to combine the bill of quantities mode transition.The project cost management information system can be classified project management,and allows the user depending on the project to create a template project engineering work as well as pre-defined minimum unit and minimum cost.WBS Thus,at the time the project cost estimates,can be directly applied to the template,and then engineering work exploded,exploded,the system will give a direct estimate of the cost of the reference value,the relevant personnel to facilitate the project cost estimates.The system uses MVC design pattern,we will show pages,data,and associated logic to classify each well to achieve a decoupling between the layered system and greatly improve system availability,maintainability and subsequent extended;database is used Sql Server;and the use of the way Webservice interface between front and back.The main purpose of this system is developed:(1)solve the information management and information technology supervision and standardization issues related to Inner Mongolia project cost data.(2)improve the management of the unit construction cost database,design and implementation as well as some performance concurrent access unstructured data access.(3)heterogeneous data processing project cost data.
