The main ideas and viewpoints of interface design for traditional art websites include two kinds. One is represented by engineers and technical experts, emphasizing the loading speed and functions and technologies of websites. The other is the aesthetic school that promotes artistic beauty, emphasizing artistic effects with visual impact. With the increasing concern for customer needs and experience, and the advent of user experience, the design of the website interface has also shifted from focusing on designers to paying more attention to user experience, that is,the user's emotional experience. In the era of experience economy,"user-centered" "The design has become a product design and development trend,so that in the process of product development to focus on and enhance the user experience and enhance customer satisfaction, and emotional computing can help achieve this goal.Emotion computing is a new field of human-computer interaction.Today,it is generally believed that the future of artificial intelligence will be topics such as entertainment, emotion, aesthetic interest, attention and participation. It is very important to study the relationship between natural language and emotional information and optimize the calculation process.Preliminary user research shows that computer's emotional ability plays a crucial role in human-computer interaction. This ability depends not only on emotional expression, but also on detecting the user's emotional state.Emotional interactions have begun to increase in demand in many industries.Art sites may be areas in which emotional computing can play a major role.Art sites are designed to provide artistic practitioners to learn from each other and other people in society to experience art online. However, art sites are not yet complete.Realize this potential. The current traditional research on the user experience of art websites does not recognize the enormous effect of emotional computing. Therefore,in order to address these issues and synthesize the current research status, this paper attempts to use the research results of emotional computing, from the perspective of user emotional experience to the art website. The research of user experience design is conducted to study the basic concepts of emotions and how these concepts are related to various situations in user experience and human-computer interaction research. Finally, the application of emotional computing in the context of art websites and the emotional environment of websites are The evaluation evaluates the significance of the sentiment calculation as an example design. The article is divided into seven parts. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly discusses the research background and significance of emotional computing,as well as the theoretical framework of the research and the innovation of this article. The second chapter expounds the concepts of user experience and emotional experience, and analyzes the domestic and foreign researches on affective computing. The third chapter mainly elaborates the user experience model, and analyzes the emotional computing model from the aspects of the user's positive and negative emotional states,as well as humor, apology, praise, and participation. The fourth chapter is the application of emotional computing and related research and analysis of the website. It mainly researches the emotional design of the website and analyzes the application of emotional computing and the art website. The fifth chapter is the emotional customer service design.Through the previous research,we design the emotional customer service and design the experimental program.Chapters 6 and 7 are conclusions and prospects for the future. They are mainly to elaborate the conclusions of this paper, and to analyze the shortcomings in the research and to look into the direction of future research.
