In the process of software project,it always faces various risks.If you don't control these risks,it will cause great loss to the project,and affect the whole project goal.The overall risk of software project is mainly reflected in contract risk,requirement risk,schedule risk,technology risk,quality risk and management risk.These risks should be actively identified,analyzed,planned,tracked and dealt with,minimizing the possibility of risk.Only reasonable risk avoidance and control risk,then we can be minimize the loss of the project.This paper summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign about the software project risk management research,and puts forward the basic theory of risk management in software project management;then basic the research on the risk identification method,combined with the software project work breakdown structure(WBS)and the nine knowledge areas of project management,accumulated comprehensive history of similar projects in the process experience,study and identify the basic risk factors of the Z company this platform migration project,and establishes the corresponding software project risk evaluation system;then,according to the comparative study of the current mainstream risk evaluation methods,choose to use the risk assessment table as risk evaluation method in this paper,and build the the risk evaluation model of software project in mainframe environment and credit card areas;finally,output the risk solution according to the results of risk identification.The overall goal of this paper is to work out the effective risk management plan of the platform migration project of Z company through the research of software project risk management.
