In the social media,the diversification of the subjects of public issues and the multipath of the way of issue generation make it show a multi polar,netting and diffuse dispersion.In this world,different subjects in different public events as nodes involved in different promoting generation and dissemination of public issues,breaking the traditional public communication level issues,in the dynamic process of communication,public issues also presents different characteristics of communication.The study on the socialization of public issues from the media in the construction and analysis of the main transmission of specific interpretation of the characteristics and types of main issues of government,media and public opinion leaders in the process of building issues;and the main types,based on different issues,issues to issues of the formation of public issues in social media and the path,including the native type of public issues to public issues,personal issues,issues to the edge of the secondary three cases of public issues.According to the propagation law of social public issues in the media,focus on the analysis of the existing presentation and micro stage in the stage of producing stage,diffusion of different characteristics and interpretation of public issues in social media communication problems,including issues from the perspective of narrative,presenting issues,issues,analysis of problems in the spread of the game of words;with micro-blog,WeChat and know almost three different social media as an example,to explore the problem of imbalance in the structure of its transmission;and the analysis of public property and public communication and eliminate the waste of resources and other issues from the public domain,public interest and public spirit is different.According to the social public issues in media communication features,problems and negative effects,and put forward feasible guidance strategies andprograms,including public spirit level of public culture,public awareness building and public behavior norms;media professionalism construction level credibility,enhance the guiding force of realism and humanism level diffusion influence;specification and the government level training of social order and public management,realize the benign mechanism of communication center discourse and civilian discourse.Social media is not only a media tool for public interaction,but also an important channel and platform for the formation of public information dissemination and public issues.This attribute makes it a bridge linking private domain and public domain.The focus and topic presentation of public discourse,which is achieved at the content level and relational level,is no longer confined to the saliency of the first stage of the traditional agenda setting,but also shows the second stage attribute saliency.This is both an opportunity and a challenge for the cultivation of the public spirit,the maintenance of the public sphere and the construction of the public order in the new period.On the basis of grasping the generation mechanism,characteristics and problems of public issues in the current social media,it puts forward specific and feasible guidance proposals for public issues,which is of great significance for the development of public space in China.
