Urban central heating is a complex and changeable system With the increasing awareness of energy saving and environmental protection,more and more distributed heating systems are gradually replaced by centralized heating,which can effectively reduce energy consumption and reduce environmental pollution The consequent system integration and control are becoming more and more complex.With the development of computer and communication technology,the traditional DCS technology has been unable to meet the needs of the society because of its low reliability and poor compatibility.This article adopts the thinking of the Internet of things,build based on ZigBee iot heating collecting and distributing control system,disperses the scene node and center platform can be in harmony,to build a reliable,safe,energy-saving control system of urban heat supply network and distribution.ZigBee is a kind of low cost,low power consumption,full duplex wireless communication protocol.This article is based on thermal company status quo analysis of acertain city,using wireless communications.Based on GPRS wireless communication module and ZigBee rf module for the control of temperature data transmission and interaction,provide precondition for finally realizes the intelligent networkThis paper studies the distributed control system mainly includes information collection,information transmission and control device based on PID algorithm,networking chip information collection using CC2538 of ARM company,the acquisition of various parameters,including analog and digital information transmission,distribution in around ad hoc network communication using Zigbee,its low power consumption,and network is an important advantage,upload data to a central node,transmitted through the GPRS network to the remote center platform,the data obtained by the reverse algorithmanalysis,remote control valves and other equipment,to achieve the objective of saving energy and improving the comfort of residents.Through the above work,we can preliminarily verify the reliability and practicability of products and control,and provide some reference and guidance for promoting the operation and management of urban central heating system.
