With the rapid development of wireless communication technology and the improvement ofthe level of the national economy, the concept of intelligent air conditioning has been quietly risingin the ordinary people. Recently, the intelligent air conditionings have many shortcomings such asdifferent standard, cable design, large volume, poor practicability, higher power consumption andso on. The intelligent air conditionings are not unfit for the requirement of ordinary people.According to these problems, the intelligent air-conditioning control system based on ZigBeetechnology is designed. The remote temperature acquisition and control for air conditioning can berealized based on ZigBee technology. The designed systems have low cost, international standard,strong networking capability and low power consumption and so on.Combining with the development trend of intelligent appliances, after the advantages anddisadvantages of several wireless LAN technology are compared, we choose the ZigBeetechnology as the intelligent air-conditioning control system communication way. Firstly, thedesign of the intelligent air-conditioning control system is in detail discussed, and the hardwarecircuits mainly include data acquisition module, data transmission module, data control module anddata display module. CC2530chip is adopted to design the acquisition module and sensor module,temperature sensor DS18B20is adopted to collect temperature data, Nokia5110is adopted torealize the function of the display. The PCB design of the internal antenna is investigated toenhance the anti-jamming capability of the system. The PCB layout is accomplished with theAltium Designer6.9software. Then, the workflow of the Z-Stack protocol stack, the acquisitionmodule and the sensor module, as well as the process of establishing network, checking the network,the construct of the network, are discussed. The important programs are instructed. Finally, physicalsample is fabricated, the software download and debugging are accomplished to verify the basicfunctions of the designed control system.The test results show that the intelligent air conditioning control system based on ZigBeebasically meet with the expected requirements.
