| With the continuous development of modern economy and society,people are increasingly aware that for the product quality,the most critical stage is the product design.Good product design can not only improve the product quality but also greatly reduce the production cost.The QFD theories are also developed in this context,QFD is a kind of product design and quality management method put forward by Akio Koji and Shigeru Mizuno,experts of Japanese quality management at the end of the last century in the late 60 th century.Applying this method to product design and development can improve customer satisfaction,and greatly reduces the number of product design changes,reduces development costs,and shortens the development cycle.In this paper,the QFD method is applied to the research of a pulsed electromagnetic acoustic transducer.The electromagnetic ultrasonic testing technology is an emerging ultrasonic detection technology in recent years,Compared with the traditional piezoelectric ultrasonic testing,it has a wide application range,the low surface requirements and flexible structure can produce a variety of waveforms,and high sensitivity and high stability of the detection signal.The biggest drawback of the current stage is its low energy conversion efficiency.Firstly,the QFD analysis is carried out in the transducer design process:(1)Obtaining user requirements through investigation,etc.;obtaining the importance of user needs by the analytic hierarchy process;evaluating the market competitiveness of the product;(2)Quantifying and evaluating the quality characteristics;calculating the importance of quality characteristics;evaluating the quality characteristics competitiveness of the product;(3)Constructing the transducer quality house.Through the QFD analysis that the key user needs and quality characteristics for the transducer design are in terms of signal quality,the transducer design process should be developed around improving the signal quality.According to the signal-to-noise ratio formula of the transducer,the magnetic field strength has a great influence on the signal.Therefore,the design of the transducer should be based on to increase the magnetic field strength;(1)Setting up the pulsed electromagnetic acoustic transducer experimental system;(2)Study the electromagnet used from the viewpoint of electromagnetic parameters,select the appropriate electromagnet structure,the number of coil turns and other parameters,and give the mathematical model of electromagnetic parameter selection;(3)Use electromagnet with different structure to investigate whether different structural electromagnets have an effect on the transducer detection signal,and it is found that the characteristics of the central column relative to the height of the housing in the electromagnet structure does not have a great influence on the signal. |
