Artillery is today the largest number of the armed forces and equipmentd and themost frequently used weapons around the world. Artillery has the characteristics ofdamage power,sustained combat ability, strong anti-interference ability, small targetcharacteristic, offensive and defensive performance capabilities, fast response speed,simple operation, easy maintenance, low cost, good reliability and cost variety.It playsa decisive role in the modern and future war. And it can not be replaced by otherweapons.With the utilization of high and new technology used on the battlefield, the war hasbeen in the form of changing.To battlefield of artillery tactical technical performanceput forward new requirements, prompting gun areas are occurring profound changes. Inthe future, along with the development of The Times, there will be more and more kindsof new artilleries and projectiles. Each country in the development of thermal emissionto improve in the process of its range, speed, power, precision, fast reaction ability andviability etc. Comprehensive operational performance is the main goal. Applying highand new technology to the conventional weapons, tactical improved technicalperformance, make military capabilities exponentially.Therefore, artillery firing technology has been a major change. Considering thisarticle takes the form of coil and a rotary electromagnetic launch to speed up theprojectiles. We innovated the orbit form and energy by using circular orbit and dc powersupply respectively. And the electromagnetic emission of coil winding, the projectileattributes, switch control form, electromagnet, track, power supply and other keytechnology are studied. In this article, first, we have done a lot of experiments in the coiltype launch forms, and then analysis the experimental results through the Ansyssoftware. Second, complete the design of new type electromagnetic launchers,optimization and manufacturing work. In the end, the experiment and debugging, verifythe feasibility of electromagnetic launch new way.
