Based on the Digitalization of Microfluidic technology, in this paper, the electromagnet was chosen as actuators that generated the pulse inertia forces by bump, and the Digitalization of Microfluidic driven system was built to implement the driving of Digitalization of Microfluidic.The dynamic model of electromagnet actuators was built up in the both vertical and horizontal directions. The electromagnet actuators was analyzed in the two directions in kinetics, and kinematics equations in two directions were drawn. The driving control circuit of electromagnet actuators, which realized the reciprocating motion of electromagnet automatically, was designed. The Digitalization of Microfluidic electromagnet actuators driven system was built. Furthermore, the feasibility of the electromagnet actuators generating the pulsed inertia forces was verified by measured the acceleration of the driven system.The electromagnet actuators Digitalization of Microfluidic driven system was applied in micro-injection and powder conveying experiments. Some key influencing factors in experiments that offered the reference for the subsequent application research were summarized and analyzed. In micro-injection, the result of the experiments showed that the mainly parameters which impact on the effect of micro-injection are the viscosity of inject liquid, the internal diameter of the micro-nozzle, the pulsed inertia forces, and the inject height. In the powder conveying, the mainly parameters are the diamaeter of the powder, the dierection of the pulse intertia forces, the driven voltoge of the actuators, and the frequency of bump.The electromagnet actuators Digitalization of Microfluidic driven system was utilized in the dispensing, the perpartion of microcapsule, and the powder micro-mixing experiments. The contact dispensing with the high viscosity colloid experiment was done, using the silicone rubber. The propranolol hydrochloride microcapsule was prepared which used the acrylic resin III as the wall material and the propranolol hydrochloride as core material.The ultrafine copper powder mixed with the tin powder in 3ways micromixer was implemented.
