Design And Implementation Of The Medical Examination Appointment System For Ruijin North Hospital

Medical technology department is the clinical departments of hospital public platform,including X-ray,ultrasound,endoscopy,medical examination and other function tests.With the rapid development of modern medical technology,medical examination plays an extremely important role in clinical diagnosis and treatment process.Therefore clinical medical treatment is more and more rely on medical examination.Therefore,the speed and quality of medical examination directly affects the overall service level of the hospital.In twenty-first Century,because the pace of hospital information construction is speeding up,the main business process of the hospital has been covered by information system.How to improve work efficiency of medical examination,shorten the patient's waiting time,meet the growing needs of the patient with limited inspection resources by informatization technology in medical examination application is an urgent problem to be solved by the hospital.This paper s aim to know the mainstream medical appointment mode,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different reservation mode by studying the main domestic hospital medical appointments status.It also investigates North Ruijin Hospital medical examination process and appointment present situation,deeply analyzes the existing problems in the whole process.Combined with the advantages and disadvantages of different appointment modes and the characteristics of the hospital,a new booking process is designed,and a real-time online booking system based on C/S structure is established.It integrates all sections' database,achieves booking information collection,strengthens the window management of medical technology department,comprehensively grasps technical staff arrangement and equipment usage,improves the service quality and work efficiency of medical department.Finally,it aims to optimize the existing medical process,increase the patient's value-added service,and reduce the number of patients' queuing and waiting time.It will help to build a more harmonious relationship between doctors and patients,prevent and reduce disputes as well.First introduces the analysis of medical appointment system research background,the domestic and foreign status,related technology and system requirements.Then the system architecture design,the function module design and the database design are carried out.Meanwhile it expounds detail towards each module of system.Finally,the availability of the system is verified by software testing.
