The Development Of Hospital Health Examination Management Information System

The main objective of the system researched in this article is to provide computerizedassistance to the hospital daily medical business and management, to reduce manual operations,so that the results of the medical management become simple, convenient, standardized andscientific. To facilitate better management of health care throughout the hospital medical workby providing medical information input, report querying, medical information data associationrules analyzing and other functions for the hospital physical examination. This article hasconducted in-depth research to the core technical problems of hospital health examinationmanagement information system, the main contents are as follows:1. Studied the development status and trends about the hospital information managementsystems and medical work at home and abroad. Systematic analyzed the main problem whichexisted in the usage and the daily business management of most medical information hospitalmanagement system in current time.2. Introduced the relevant knowledge about Oracle database and SSH framework which thesystem used. Analyzed the database interface issues between the hospital inside the HIS, LIS andother systems and given a brief introduction about data mining technology, and association rules.3. In this paper, researched association rules and AprioriTid algorithm and improvedAprioriTid algorithm. The algorithm analyzed the hidden relationship between the variousmedical projects to make the numerous hospital medical data information to be fully utilized.Improved the two aspects of item set in k-order Tid transaction table and pruned the redundantitem of k-order candidate sets. By applied the improved algorithm into the system to analyze thehidden relationship between the various medical items.So that taken full advantage of the greatnumber of medical information data and provided a valuable reference for the doctor’s diagnosis.4. Based on the actual job requirements of hospital medical center, analyzed the whole needsof the system, exhaustive designed a hospital health examination management informationsystem in this article. According to the design of functional requirements and performanceparameters, set up a general framework of hospital medical management information system.And already developed the whole system by the design requirements.5. According to the result of the system tested and trial operated, the system has beenrunning stable; each performance index has been meeting the expected goals; in reliability, real-time, security and so on has already achieved the design requirement. Moreover, thefunction of the system has met the application requirements.
