Design And Implementation Of Real-Time And Intelligent Monitoring Platform Based On WebRTC

In recent years,the rapid development of network technology has led to the upgrading and system updating of the video surveillance industry.Especially the development of mobile network and intelligent terminal,the mobile video monitoring system has become a new hot spot in the security industry.The traditional real-time intelligent monitoring platform has high cost and poor stability.In the monitoring place,because people and objects are constantly moving,the monitoring mode of fixed point location is difficult to achieve full coverage.Therefore,in practice,how to combine the traditional monitoring methods of fixed network cameras to break the limitation of traditional video surveillance,and realize flexible and all?round intelligent monitoring without dead ends has become an important issue for scene monitoring applications such as venue monitoring and home monitoring.To solve these problems,this paper designs and implements a real-time intelligent video monitoring platform based on WebRTC.First of all,this paper enables mobile terminal cameras to capture video by using WebRTC(web real-time communication)technology.Secondly,the method of camera management based on Router architecture is proposed to solve the problem that the mobile terminal without fixed IP can not be managed uniformly.Then,using the existing abnormal event detection algorithm,the video streaming data collected by the media server can be processed and alerted in real time.Finally,combining with TCP friendly rate control algorithm,the transmission rate control mechanism is designed to improve the real-time and reliability of video transmission.In this paper,a lot of experiments have been done in terms of system function,reliability,real-time and video quality.It has proved that the system is efficient and reliable.It meets the design requirements of a full range and flexible video surveillance.
