Research On Popular Government Affairs Microblogs

In 2009,the first government microblog of Hunan province Tao Yuan Wang appeared in internet.After that,an increasing number of Chinese government microblogs began to influence the society.The most obvious result of that is the new information channel that Chinese government microblogs offer,and these government microblogs also shorten the distance between the government and the public.Most people have the positive attitude towards it.In fact,government microblogs are not only an information platform,but also a carrier of the national ideology and the government right.As authorities,the influence of them is incredible.When individual faces these authorities,it is a question if he/she can rationally read the information which is constructed by government microblogs.Althusser said,human is born the animal of ideology.The public always accept the ideology of the subject of rights easily.Nowadays,government microblogs continue to disseminate national ideology because they are new subjects of rights.Some government microblogs' attitudes show rights arrogantly,some like fooling the public by vulgar contents.On sina microblogs,awakening people are against some old ideologies and rights.So it is important to make sure how to operate government microblogs and how to balance the government and the public.This paper is originated from Ideological State Apparatuses of Althusser and regards Gong Qing Tuan Zhong Yang as the research subject.It chooses to use the content analysis method and the case study method to keep a watchful eye on the microblog contents of the whole year.Besides that,this paper also explore the question “how does Gong Qing Tuan Zhong Yang guide the public and disseminate national ideology” by analyzing the text,the communication strategy and the discourse of this government microblog.At the same time,we try to dig the real purpose of the government microblog and try to make some useful and efficient suggestions about development of the government microblog.
