In the process of research and development,production and verification of fuses,the matching test system designed for fuses is very important,which provides a guarantee for the safety and reliability for fuses.At the same time,with the development of the times,the increase of fuses output and the progress of science and technology have made the work contents of fuses more abundant,the work contents apply more advanced scientific and technological technologies,the internal structure of fuses has became more complicated,and the production and manufacture of fuses are required more highly.However,the traditional test tools and methods had many problems,such as heavy workload,low efficiency,inaccurate detection,time-consuming and laborious and so on.In view of these shortcomings,it is necessary to design an automatic detection system for specific type fuses,and fuses automatic detection system can provide basis for evaluating fuze quality and reliability;screening out defective products to ensure the reliable performance of the fuses;furthermore,through the analysis of the statistical fuses detection data,it facilitates further optimization for fuses design,including fuses safety,reliability and performance.On the basis of introducing the design theory of automatic detection system of mechanical and electrical fuses,this paper designed an automatic detection system of mechanical and electrical fuses which based on a certain mechanical and electrical fuse,and the detection system was mainly composed of two modules: hardware module and host computer.In the aspect of the design for the hardware module of the detection system,the detection circuit designed for the internal discrete elements of the fuses was introduced,and the design principle of the detection circuit with the discrete component was explained in this paper.The control system of the hardware module was also introduced,including the circuit design for the minimum system of the main control chip,the switch group,the power supply module,and the software program of checking with the host computer.The Labview virtual instrument development platform of American NI company was used to design the upper computer.The work content,design requirement,main control program design and realization method were introduced respectively.Finally,the feasibility and rationality of the designed circuit were verified by the simulation of the detection circuit and some key circuits in the hardware module of the detection system,and then the automatic detection system was tested according to the design scheme.The automatic detection of the fuses in the system was realized under the control of the host computer,the feasibility of the automatic detection system of the mechanical and electrical fuses was verified,the efficiency of the fuses detection was improved,and at the same time,the detection cost was reduced effectively.
