Carsharing is a new model of vehicle rental by which users can rent short-term vehicles and pay for it on a rental basis.At present,some cities in our country have started to try out the electric carsharing,but the operational benefits are not significant.Therefore,it is very necessary to study and design the operation support strategy for electric carsharing.This paper provides a solution to the major problems of operation modes,site location planning and vehicle allocation scheduling in the operation of electric carsharing.First,a new "hybrid operation mode" is proposed.Then,two strategies of site location selection and vehicle allocation scheduling are analyzed and introduced in detail.Beijing taxi GPS trajectory big data announced by Microsoft Asia Research Institute and Beijing GreenGo company’s real site information and vehicle information are used to simulate the strategy.At the same time,this paper also designs and realizes the prototype of electric carsharing system.This paper first summarizes the background and domestic and international typical cases of car-sharing rental service mode.Then it points out the problems that need to be paid attention to.In order to solve these problems,some solutions are given from the aspects of requirements,analysis and simulation,such as operating in "hybrid operation mode",calculating the site location by clustering,and allocating the vehicles by forecasting.Next,according to the requirements of software engineering,the demand analysis,design and implementation,testing and verification of electric carsharing platform based on the operation support strategy proposed in this paper are carried out.Finally,this paper summarizes the full text of the work,and puts forward the future work outlook.
