With the development of new energy vehicle technology, electric vehicles already have the market conditions. In order to promote the electric vehicle market share of operations, realize a high degree of centralized management of charging business, ensure charging station management function process, improve the business operation efficiency, save business operating costs, help operators realize intensive management, A large domestic enterprise proposed the needs of business operation support system of electric vehicle. The system needs to management the electric vehicle business including customer information, battery information, vehicle information, and some related support business to fully support all business operations such as a wealth of query and statistical functions to improve operational efficiency, to deal with operational business risks, enhance their trade competitiveness.This Paper fully analyzes the functions and requirement of business operation support system of electric vehicle. According to the result of requirement analysis, this paper proposes the design scheme of the function of system. The paper expounds the customer information, battery information, operation business, vehicle information and data statistic analysis of functional requirements and the design method. Using J2EE, Struts, Spring and Hibernate open-source framework technologies to realize the system, the system following MVC framework mode, decrease the system of the coupling, increased the flexibility of the system, the system improved the expansibility and maintainability.
