A system named Educational Management Interaction Platform Based on UM is designed and developed to augment the medium of communication and resolve the contradiction between energy limitation of educators and information insulation of parents and their children. Conception of unified message is brought in as information management background. Interaction modes by the medium of telephone and short message and Internet web site are integrated in the system. The platform delves into analogous systems and derives experiences from them, furthermore, connects theory with actuality in the university and breaks fresh in a manner.Based on communication net, the system can be divided into three parts. The first part is the telephone interaction part taking PSTN as its basic net and phonetic card as its foundation hardware. The second part is the short message interaction part taking GSM as its basic net and GSM Modem as its foundation hardware. The last part is the web site interaction part taking Internet as its basic net. Based on role, teachers and parents and students can be classified into three groups including users, attendants and managers. Based on architecture, there are eleven layers in the system: 1. Hardware layer. 2. Drive layer. 3. Analysis layer. 4. Compile layer. 5. Filter layer. 6. Exception layer. 7. Resource layer. 8. Business layer. 9. Attendant layer. 10. Configuration layer. 11. Mining layer.The principle in the designing and developing is taking human as the foundation because the subject aims at making progress of somebody (students) by virtue of guidance of somebody (teachers) and assistance of somebody (parents). Working mechanism of phonetic card and r/d mode (receive and dispatch) of short message and feature of network communication is studied in the subject. Automata theorem and time bit rotation technology is cited in the system. The many-sided and multimedia interaction problem is solved. A system involving hardware and software is completed. In combination with telephone voice and mobile short message and Internet web site, a bridge offers information and service is put up. With the help of the system, the users including parents and students can get into the act of student management and college building. The system gathers raw data for further data mining in the meanwhile.
